This Licensing Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of digital graphics (“Graphics”) purchased from Vextors.com (“Vextors,” “we,” or “us”). By snagging one of our bold, irreverent designs, you agree to play by these rules. Let’s keep the vibe rebellious but legal, shall we?
1. Non-Exclusive License
Upon full payment of the listed price, Vextors grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the Graphics for commercial and personal purposes, subject to the terms below. You’re free to unleash these designs anywhere it’s legal, but don’t expect an exclusive VIP pass—these Graphics are available to other rebels too.
2. Permitted Uses
Go wild with the Graphics! You can:
- Use them in Print on Demand, web design, stickers, social media, t-shirts, mugs, or any physical or digital product.
- Modify, tweak, or remix them to your heart’s content—change colors, add text, make them your own.
Just don’t:
- Resell or redistribute the raw Graphic files, modified or not (no competing with Vextors, please).
- Claim you own or created the Graphics. They’re our brainchild, even if you dress them up.
3. Ownership
Vextors retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in the Graphics. You’re getting a license to use them, not a deed to the snark. No attribution is required, but a shoutout to Vextors.com would make our cold, sarcastic hearts glow a little.
4. No Transfer or Sublicensing
This license is yours and yours alone—non-transferable and non-sublicensable. You can’t sell, give away, or pass the license to anyone else. No creating a Vextors knockoff site or slipping the Graphics to your cousin to start their own shop. Keep it personal, keep it real.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate this license if:
- You resell or redistribute the Graphics, modified or not.
- You use Graphics obtained through illegal means (e.g., hacking, unauthorized downloads).
If terminated, you must cease all use of the Graphics and delete all copies. Don’t make us send the snark police.
6. Digital Delivery
Graphics are delivered as digital downloads only—no physical products will arrive at your doorstep. If you lose your files, we’re not obligated to provide replacements. Pro tip: Create an account at checkout, and your downloads will be safely stashed in your Vextors account.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
You’re responsible for how you use the Graphics. Vextors isn’t liable for any legal, moral, or cosmic consequences of your creations. Use them wisely (or wickedly, your call). We provide no warranties, express or implied, about the Graphics. They’re sold as-is, snark and all.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state where Vextors is based (we’ll keep it vague for now, you cool rebels don’t need the fine print). Any disputes? Let’s hope it never comes to that—keep the peace, and keep designing.
